Fees
The cost of treatment depends on the assessment. The amounts below show what the consultation, initial periodontal treatment and the most common procedures cost; you receive a written estimate before any treatment.
When the estimate is given and how payment works
- The treatment plan and its cost are explained at the assessment visit, before any treatment; nothing is started without your agreement.
- A detailed estimate is provided for periodontal treatment, surgery and implants; you can send it to your insurer.
- Dr Hazout is contracted with French national health insurance (conventionné); the carte Vitale is accepted. Payment by cheque, cash or card.
