Dr Hazout sees patients Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 7 pm, at 119 rue du Président Wilson, Levallois-Perret. Appointments by phone or online; a referral from your dentist is not required.

You can book directly or be referred by your own dentist; if so, bring the referral letter and any recent X-rays, and a report will be sent back to them. What to bring and how the assessment unfolds are detailed on the first visit page.
If you have pain, swelling or heavy bleeding, call the practice: the team will offer you the first suitable slot. Outside opening hours, dial 15 (or 112) in a serious emergency.
